Enmods.com ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Enmods website.
1. Introduction
Our platform operates as an index and aggregator of mobile applications. We do not host all the files on our own servers. Many of the links provided on our site are sourced from third-party locations on the web. However, if you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement.
Upon receipt of Notice as described below, Enmods will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

- 2. Identification of Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works if multiple copyrighted works at one site are covered by a single notification.
- 3. Identification of Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and the exact URLs reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- 4. Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.

- 6. Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Please note: If you materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing your copyrights, you may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
3. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting written notification to our copyright agent.
To be effective, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
- Adequate information by which we can contact you, including your name, postal address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.

4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Enmods has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Enmods's sole discretion, users, members, or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
